Self-Contained Electro-Hydraulic Actuators

Self-contained electro-hydraulicactuators are patented hydraulic control products developed by HollySys. Using petroleum-based hydraulic fluids as their working medium, these actuators comprise oil source, accumulator components, control integrated block assembly, cylinder components, displacement sensor assembly, and electrical control box assembly. All of the above-mentioned components are joined together with screws and compactly structured. They are servo actuators that combine the oil system, control system, and security system into one. They are used as auxiliary equipment for DEH, and to execute DEH controls. They can replace the low-pressure turbine oil electro-hydraulic oil-motive and pressure-resistant oil electro-hydraulic oil-motive, control the turbine’s regulation valve or main air valve, and execute electro-hydraulic control. They have fast dynamic response time, a lot of power, high control accuracy, and their functions are close to that of the fire resistant oil system. At the same time, they can benefit society since they do not bring about environmental issues like the fire resistant oil system.


Self-containedservo electro-hydraulicactuators are designed with functions such as an independent oil source, high positioning accuracy, big driving force, step-less speed and quick closing protection.
