HOLLiAS Bridge Manufacturing Execution System

HollySys was the first company in China to standardise the development and implementation of MES systems. HOLLiAS Bridge, the MES of HollySys was successfully applied in industries such as electric power, chemical, fertiliser, chlor-alkali, coke, petrochemical, synthetic fiber, energy, transport, cement, beer, alcohol, food processing, and pharmaceutical industries, and successfully implemented in over 400 companies. The widespread promotion of HOLLiAS Bridge in different industries and their successful application of the system in those different industries has earned great reputation for HollySys.

Functional Framework

The Basic Version can Perform the Basic Functions of HOLLiAS AMS

i) Calibrating and allocating & testing intelligent parameters;
ii) Checking for device abnormalities;
iii) Auto-recording operations and activity-log;
iv) Allocating and managing user rights;
v) Setting up library for device parameters;
vi) Integrating with DCS system.

The standard version is basically the basic version augmented with instrument management functions. Besides all the functions of the basic version, it also has the following additional functions:

i) supporting device ledger management;
ii) providing equipment calibration output analysis;
iii) formulating maintenance plan and device maintenance schedule;
iv) formulating and managing management working instructions;
v) monitoring and managing alert devices.

The advanced version includes additional professional asset optimisation programs:

i) Automatic-linkage of records and actual devices;
ii) Device inventory optimisation management;
iii) Statistics and rating of device completion;
iv) Advanced professional diagnostic monitoring and analysis;
v) Data sharing with 3rd-party system;
vi) Browsing and analysis of web data platform.


History of Widespread Application

With over a decade of experience in building IT systems and the application of over 400 MES systems in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, construction materials, electric power, and pharmaceutical industries, HollySys’ products have received good user reviews during those years. The largest project ever implemented went through many thousand points of application trials with a maximum of over 60 connections.
